Once again - I have to apologise for not having been in touch for so long. A Virus attack on my computer started the demise - why do people think it's clever to send such destructive things out?
Sadly - the powers that be decided to axe "Judgment Day" without really giving it a chance. Putting it up against Tim Henman really didn't help. At least Tim won that contest! The programme should be re-scheduled so we will let you know when that is going to happen.
Brian has been to New York talking business and has been looking at various scripts - including a new sit com - but nothing definite yet.
He is really looking forward to the Pantomime in Manchester - live performing is still his first love.
He is also doing a guest spot on 15th October at the Fairfield Hall, Croydon.
I'm afraid we won't be operating a box number as I stated some time ago - you can still get in touch via the web. It is impossible to answer all questions and queries personally - but I do try!!
Thanks to Pam for her observations regarding the "Gloria Hunniford Show" which you can read below.
"It was a lovely show. As always when Brian and Glo get together the chemistry was excellent. It was a real treat for me to hear him singing again, and the interview got to be a bit more in depth than usual. The sight of his gallstone drew some gasps from the audience! The jokey "tour" of Brian's home went down very well. And he did a spoof on 'Judgement Day' by "going round" Glo's house unbeknownst to her. The finale was the "suprise" appearance of his lovely girls Anne Marie, Amy Louise and little Lucy. It made for a cosy show with lots of Ahh factor in the audience. Of course, the baby stole the show - what a little star! Judging by the gossip overheard in the ladies afterwards everyone fell in love with the whole family and thoroughly enjoyed it all."
My best to you all.
